We are an accounting firm specialising in Finance and HR outsourced solutions for SMEs and Startups. With the surge in the demand for more affordable and efficient finance and HR solutions for businesses, we utilise the most recent and tech driven software to meet those demands from our clients. Our services operate around cloud software that allow us to work virtually hence our offer of flexibility and personal time management to our team.

Key skills sets and competences:

• Prefer candidates with 1 to 2 years of working experience is accounting and finance
• Ability to communicate in both Mandarin and English
• Possess minimum education level, Diploma in related field
• Experienced cloud accounting software such as Xero or QuickBooks is an advantage
• A good analytical mind, interpreting skills with effective verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in the manufacturing or F&B industry is advantageous but not required

Responsibilities

• Automating business processes wherever possible (we want to build seamless, automated and paperless finance functions)
• Utilising cloud accounting systems and other digital apps to perform the standard accounting functions (bookkeeping and payroll matters (EPF, SOCSO, LHDN, EIS)).
• Monthly preparation of full set of financials including Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Summaries.
• Working closely with external stakeholders such as tax agents, auditors, company secretary, bankers, etc.
• Developing a IT for purpose finance processes and controls to accommodate changing business needs.
• Identifying gaps and needs of our clients to be able to provide them with excellent service.
