We are seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant (Admin) to support the setup and management of Looker Studio dashboards for sales and marketing reporting. This project-based role involves data preparation, dashboard configuration, and documentation, with flexible working hours and remote work arrangement.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and build Looker Studio dashboards for sales and marketing performance tracking
Integrate data from Google Sheets, CSV files, and other provided sources
Clean, organise, and validate data prior to dashboard integration
Create clear and structured data visualisations for reporting purposes
Recommend improvements to reporting structure and dashboard usability
Prepare basic documentation and ensure proper handover after project completion
Requirements
Proficiency in
Looker Studio is mandatory
Familiarity with Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Drive)
Basic knowledge of sales and marketing metrics
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Experience in virtual assistant, data admin, or similar roles is an advantage

Project Fee:
RM1,200 - RM2,000 (one-off, based on scope and experience)

Approximately 2-4 weeks
Payment Terms:
- 50% upon project confirmation
- 50% upon project completion
Additional Information
The scope includes dashboard setup, documentation, and handover. Any additional scope or revisions beyond the agreed requirements will be charged separately.
