We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Korean, both in writing and speaking, and will assist with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements



Fluent in Korean, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to respond to emails and communications during business hours (10 AM to 5 PM). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.

Responsibilities



Manage office correspondence, including emails and messages. Prepare quotations and invoices for clients. Send follow-up emails to clients regarding project status and updates. Assist with daily administrative tasks as needed.
