Job Summary\xe2\x80\x93Change Management / Subject Matter Expert Lead Sales Operations \xe2\x80\xa2Communicate effectively and apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities for Sales Operations applicable to client Programs primarily the operational process and flows using the client assets. \xe2\x80\xa2Enable the design, development, delivery, and management of the communications to stakeholders (Category, Sales, Customers and Partners) \xe2\x80\xa2Evaluate and ensure user readiness. Leverage the change management methodology, process and tools and drive adoption of the changes with stakeholders. \xe2\x80\xa2Obtain signoff from the stakeholders on deployment, adoption metrics and target. \xe2\x80\xa2Point of contact for stakeholders on all new onboarding training, operational process, and system ticket resolutions related to operational process and flows. \xe2\x80\xa2Also facilitate market/country, internal Sales Ops users issue resolution and roadblock removal. \xe2\x80\xa2Collect input/user stories, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training/demonstration on operational process and programs to stakeholders. \xe2\x80\xa2Understand and work with Digital Transformation Office (D&TO) on the communication for upcoming deployment of assets (new release, new enhancements). \xe2\x80\xa2Evaluate and measure the success of change management initiatives. \xe2\x80\xa2Prepare risk mitigation plans and work closely with D&TO and stakeholders. Knowledge and Skills: \xe2\x80\xa2Fundamental change management working experience. \xe2\x80\xa2Experience in complex stakeholder management across all functions / cross markets \xe2\x80\xa2Experience in building, planning and effective communication to stakeholders. \xe2\x80\xa2Advanced proficiency in emails, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint \xe2\x80\xa2Ability to work both collaboratively and independently within a dynamic and changing team environment. \xe2\x80\xa2Strong critical thinking and analysis skills with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable tasks. \xe2\x80\xa2Self-starter with willingness to assume responsibility and take charge. #AJWH Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: RM6,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month Benefits:
