Job Responsibilities:

• Work with the Sales Team in preparing and executing sales strategies, technical product demonstrations, solutions presentations, technical proposals, system design, solution deployment and integration.
• A strong technical knowledge to understand customer challenges and requirements.
• Assist Support Team in performing technical fault isolation or troubleshooting, responsible for 3rd Level customer support of Company desired product.
• Provide technical leadership in the Requirements Discovery & Solution Development.
• Lead architectural review on a per-customer and per-workload basis to determine technical feasibility across VM sizing, networking, performance and long-term planning.
• Apply technical knowledge and customer insights to develop architectures to meet business and IT needs, and incorporate short term and long-term usage management best practices
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with ability to coordinate between technical and business teams
• Creation and orchestration of requirement-compliant and tailor-made global Managed Cloud Delivery concepts as well as the calculation of services and the creation of quotation

documents is in your hands.

Job Requirements:

• Must be effective in growing prospects into satisfied customers as a consultative role.
• Technical knowledge of on-premises (data centers, virtualization, hyper-converge, security, storage) and cloud ecosystems - AWS, Azure, Huawei, Alibaba.
• Motivated, self-starter, with strong presentation, communication, problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on experience and implementation experience.
• Solution design and hands-on implementation experience as Engineer.
• Wide expertise of ICT field and systems, storage, virtualization, and security.
• Experience and in-depth knowledge of VMware or Microsoft. Infrastructure design.
• System architecture, including Data Protection design experience, is required.
• Experience on either VMware, Veeam, or Azure cloud solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of implementation methodologies and best practices.
• Minimum 6 years of working experience, with 2 years+ pre-sales experience and comprehensive knowledge.

Remuneration:

RM 7,000 - RM9,000
