Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic / Fashion or equivalent.
• Knowledge and experienced in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop software is essential.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Visual Merchandising and managing a team.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia with good communication skills both written and spoken.
• Good interpersonal skills, leadership qualities with good organizational ability and a team player.

• To be directly involved in assisting and sharing the responsibility with the Store Manager in all advertising and visual merchandising functions in developing new ideas based on seasonal and non-seasonal themes as well as promotional visual presentations.
• To lead the team in planning and creating the best visual presentation and to ensure that all hanging mobiles, streamers, outdoors banners and decoration props are set up based on the requirements.
• To ensure that the execution of visual presentation are according to the request of promotional activities such as product launches, brand promotions and event promotions.
• To ensure that all visual presentations set-ups, props used, etc. are safe and will not endanger the safety of customers.
• To ensure that all tools, appliances and equipment of the department are in good condition to minimise damages or losses.
• To perform other duties which may be assigned by the Superiors from time to time.
