Job description:-

Manage a team of Visual Merchandising and inspire and challenge them to strengthen the uniqueness of the brand\'s identity in the store.
Develop market specific strategies for various retail and visual merchandising operations and develop long and short term objectives.
To develop various strategies for improvement of store ambience and display various seasonal items.
Creating and implementing a visual merchandising strategy for the store.
Ensuring the strategy is in line with the store\xe2\x80\x99s brand, products, and target market.
Prepare and execute visual merchandising signage and provide solutions to specific marketing requirement and manage all promotional events.
Monitor competitors\xe2\x80\x99 visual merchandising techniques and incorporate effective techniques in business.
Monitor customer profile and store size and identify appropriate visual presentation for various product categories.
Coordinate with event and management team and prepare innovative strategies for display.
Sourcing the props, creative materials, and accessories for displays.
Liaising with other retail professionals, including buyers, marketing executives, and retail merchandisers, when necessary.
Monitoring costs and working within budget.
Researching lifestyle and design trends that will inform the visual merchandising strategy.
Changing displays to promote new product launches or to reflect festive or seasonal themes.
Analyse sales merchandising reports and survey results.

General requirements:

Possess a minimum of 4-5 years working experience in in visual merchandising in a retail environment.
Experienced at using Adobe Creative Suite programs, such as Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or other visual design tools
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in graphic design, visual communications, spatial design, interior design, retail management, or a related field.
Experience leading co-workers and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
