Position reports to: Head, Voice Job Overview: * The person is responsible for product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle including gathering and prioritizing product and requirements, defining product vision and work closely Position reports to: Head, Voice Job Overview: The person is responsible for product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle including gathering and prioritizing product and requirements, defining product vision and work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, customer service and other relevant support team to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. Work Life: To undertake the various stage of research and development of voice products for retail and enterprise markets. To participate in pre-sales and consultation duties to assist sales team To develop product concept proposals, business cases, formulate product requirement specifications Requirements: Bachelors Degree in IT disciplines preferably related to networking/telephony Minimum of 2 years working experience in relevant industry Tech/pre-sales on voip/pabx/network solutioning experience will be highly advantageous Have good people skills, good inductive reasoning aptitude with a wide breadth of knowledge in latest enterprise/retail voice solutions Participated in pre-sales activities, adept in presentations An ability to continually research to improve/improvise on existing products and components A good team player with an ability to multitask under minimum supervision Basic Project Management knowledge is an added advantage What You Get: .Cool and innovation work environment .Work life balance and our working hours are flexible .We are too cool for ties.
