Retail Service Operation, VTI Malaysia is responsible for the Aftersales in line with strategic position for Malaysia business. The team is into the journey of applying a more LEAN way of working including looking for areas to develop in progressive organization. In this role you will be an enabler of this, with your skills of building a high performing team based on clarity, empowerment and trust of the members. Please find below more details in the responsibilities. In this role you will report to the Vice president of Retail Service Operation.

Main responsibilities and Activities

  • Overall responsible for leading Port Klang Aftersales in line with strategic position for Malaysia business, towards #1 in Customer Satisfaction and Total Solution provider.
  • Ensure effective customer service and CSI levels are achieved.
  • Lead on the implementation of sales activity to grow the parts and services sales as per target.
  • Responsible to drive the trading consistently and at a profitable level meeting target.
  • Monitor quality, efficiency, and risk to ensure credit controlling is effectively in place and implementing corrective actions where appropriate.
  • Effectively implement systems and processes according to the global standard available in the Retail Operation Manual (ROM).
  • Lead, develop and coach the team in the dealership.
  • Building relationships with customers and other important stakeholders
  • Collaborating efficiently both externally and internally
  • Review and understand performance figures and propose immediate solutions/recommendations for improvement in the case of areas of poor performance.
  • Ability to draft and present business reports to the management team.
  • Drive sustainability improvements & diversity inside its own organization.
Your profile
  • Degree or MBA in related field
  • Strong commercial skills and competent in the Workshop Parts & Processes
  • Strong ability to build a high performing team, based on clarity, trust and empowerment
  • Strong collaboration and communicative skills, both internal and external
  • Customer focus
  • Strategic ability, to be able to connect todays conditions towards future ambitions
