Job Responsibilities Drive and deliver the analytical solutions including dashboards to help businesses leverage their internal data assets for strategic decision-making. Hands-on development of data assets/models and visualizations may be required Responsible for the adoption and development ofBI tool across the business and provide support and training to teams across the organisation to derive maximum value Partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to plan and build out their analytics people capability Analyze data for portfolio managers to assist in the formulation of recommendations to deliver results against profitability and growth targets Provide consultative support to stakeholders and senior management through use of data analytics and also in deployment of data analytics capabilities Foster usage and demand of data analytics as well as visualisations and support end-to-end process analysis Support the Enterprise Data Architecture and Governance Program to develop the analytics capabilities and drive the change management agenda for the Bank Drive innovation initiatives under the business leadership team\'s guidance and directives Job Requirements Degree in computing or science discipline (eg Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Analytics) Minimum 7 years working experience in Business Intelligence & Data Analytics with preferably experience in end to end BI projects Proactive attitude with ability to navigate project roadblocks and manage risk to achieve business outcomes Good understanding of project management principles and business processes to help drive organizational results Skilled and experience in big data ecosystems (e.g Hue, Hive, Impala), SQL, data warehousing, data discovery, data modelling a strong plus Hands-on experience with latest BI tools and technologies like Qlik Sense, MS Power BI, Microsoft R, SAS, OBIEE along related technologies Ability to recognize business needs, analyze requests, recommend solid technical solutions, Strongability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy Be a part of UOB Family UOB is an equal opportunity employer.
