About the Department

The Technology and Operations function is comprised of five teams of specialists with distinct capabilities: business partnership, technology, operations, risk governance and planning support and services. We work closely together to harness the power of technology to support our physical and digital banking services and operations. This includes developing, centralising and standardising technology systems as well as banking operations in Singapore and overseas branches.

Job Responsibilities

• The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day maintenance, administration and support of resource security for Windows Operating System (OS) and MS-SQL.

• Acting as a Subject-Matter-Experts (SME) in regards to Windows OS and MS-SQL resource security related matters.

• Oversee the privileges across these platforms security ensuring compliance according to the security standards and security policies.

• Day-to-day business-as-usual processes in access control, privilege IDs management, security hardening, privilege resource access management and review, SSL certificate management (CSR)

• The candidate will have secondary responsible for security access management of resource security of Unix/Linux and Oracle DB.

• The candidate will serve both technical and functional role for support and enhancement initiatives within purview.

• Assist with open security governance activities such as attending to audit/risk management, tool management and maintenance, budget and vendor tracking and etc

Job Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical discipline.

• Proficiency in Windows platform and MS-SQL security - e.g. Authentication, Authorization and Entitlements and role based access control

• At least 5-10 years of experience in relevant roles in enterprise Windows Active Directory / GPO operational tasks, managing enterprise level Windows and MS-SQL including entitlement and workflow management as well as target system provisioning configuration.

• Hands on experience in Privilege Access Management (PAM) tools is added advantage

• Exposure and experience in Unix and Oracle database security administration is an added advantage

• Must be a self-reliant team player who is comfortable with managing multiple tasks and responsibilities.

• Ability to build relationship and interact effectively with internal and external parties. Strong engagement skills with stakeholder management.

• Good analytical, technical, written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in applying established techniques, procedures or standards
