Job Description

This role focuses on managing large language model (LLM) related projects, specifically supporting clients in the companion-style gaming industry. Projects often involve creative writing, requiring team members to have strong language skills, especially listening and writing, The PM should not only have solid project management capabilities but also understand the nuances of language-focused projects and be able to ensure delivery quality aligned with client expectations. Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end execution of LLM-related data annotation and creative writing projects. o Lead project planning and implementation, ensuring timely delivery within agreed scope and budget. o Collaborate closely with clients to understand creative and linguistic requirements, providing clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. o Allocate and manage resources, including writers, annotators, and tools, to ensure successful project completion. o Develop and maintain project timelines, proactively identifying potential risks and implementing corrective actions. o Monitor and report on project progress, delivering status updates to internal stakeholders and clients. Ensure high-quality standards in all deliverables, implementing quality control and review processes tailored to language and writing tasks. Mentor and guide junior project members, fostering skills in creative writing project delivery and ensuring continuous improvement. Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field (Linguistics, Literature, Communication or related majors are a plus). Gloria Zhao glor English proficiency at B2 level or above, with strong listening and writing skills. o 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in Al data services, language- related projects.
