What you'll be doing

Greet and welcome guests, and guide them to their tables Take food and drink orders, and relay them accurately to the kitchen and bar staff Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and courteous manner Ensure tables are set and cleared efficiently, and maintain a clean and organised dining area Respond to customer inquiries and address any concerns promptly Assist with side duties such as restocking, cleaning, and light food preparation as needed Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a Waiter or in a similar customer service role in the hospitality industry Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service Good time management and multitasking abilities to handle multiple tasks and customers simultaneously Familiarity with food and beverage menus, and the ability to make recommendations to customers Flexible and adaptable to work in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in English and the local language(s)

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
