Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service

Greet customers warmly and escort them to their tables. Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations. Take accurate food and beverage orders. Serve orders promptly and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the meal. Address guest complaints or escalate them to the supervisor if necessary.

Order & Payment Handling

Operate POS system for order entry and billing. Ensure correct billing and process payments (cash, credit card, e-wallet). Maintain accurate records of transactions.

Outlet Operations

Set up tables with clean linens, cutlery, glasses, and condiments. Refill water, beverages, and condiments as required. Clear tables and reset for the next customers. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area at all times.

Teamwork & Communication

Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely order preparation. Work closely with fellow waiters and supervisors to ensure smooth service flow. Assist in training new service staff when needed.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
