Job Description

POSITION: WAITER Night Shift

Working time: 5pm until 1am (1 off day on weekdays)

Location: Restaurant Royal Dream Bukit Bintang

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

1. Preferred SPM and above

2. Work experience as Waiter, minimum 1 year above

3. Good communication (basic English require)

4. Fixable to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

5. The ability to walk and stand for long periods of time.

6. The ability to handle skills for customers even the difficult customers.

7. Communication skills for customers and co-workers alike

8. Coordination for carrying plates and trays, although this can be practiced skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Greeting customers and distributing menus

2. Taking orders from customers to relay to the kitchen staff.

3. Making recommendations by being familiar with the menu and the specials

4. Delivering meals and drinks as they are prepared.

5. Checking back on customer satisfaction

6. Preparing the bills as requested

7. Keeping tables cleaned for the next guests.
