Tanggungjawab

• Guide guests to their seats and provide friendly service.
• Assist guests in understanding the menu, introduce specialty dishes, answer guests\' questions, and take their orders.
• Recommend specialty dishes, beverages, or meal packages
• Handle guests\' complaints or issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction
• Cooperate with the kitchen, other servers, and management to ensure smooth restaurant operations
• Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the work area, ensuring the hygiene and safety of tableware and the restaurant environment.
