Communicate professionally and tactfully with guests, suppliers, and colleagues, keeping supervisors informed of issues affecting service or reputation, and maintain a clean, professional appearance.
Be flexible, adaptable to changes in responsibilities or schedules, and actively participate in revenue and cost control strategies.
Provide friendly, caring service to guests, foster teamwork, maintain a tidy work environment, and pay attention to detail in all tasks.
Follow the staff handbook, company policies, and SOPs while reliably carrying out instructions and using initiative when supervisors are unavailable.
Report incidents, accidents, and complaints, handle cashiering duties, deliver service according to standards, and assist guests with menu knowledge or promotions.
Monitor order delivery, manage emergencies (fire, bomb threat, etc.), and ensure opening and closing duties meet established standards.
Qualifications:
Minimum SPM / Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field.
Fresh graduates or 1-2 years of Food & Beverage preferred.
Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are a plus.
Energetic, outgoing personality with a genuine passion for people and service.
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
