A waiter/waitress is responsible for providing excellent customer service in a restaurant or dining establishment. Key duties include:
Greeting and seating customers.
Taking food and drink orders accurately.
Recommending menu items and answering questions about ingredients and preparation.
Serving food and beverages promptly.
Checking in with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Handling payments and processing transactions.
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
Collaborating with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure a smooth service.
Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
