Warehouse Admin Assistant (office Based)

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:



Provide the correct mill certificate to sales personnel according to the heat number in the picking list. Request mill certificates from suppliers when required. Receive supplier contracts from the procurement department and make photocopies for the warehouse based on material storage location. Perform Goods Receipt (GR) in the inventory system upon receiving the Delivery Order (DO) from the warehouse. Notify the sales department of received items via email. Check and file picking lists received from the warehouse. Perform Goods Issue (PGI) for picking lists that cannot be processed by the warehouse. Check and verify the Daily Production Cutting Report (DPCR) to ensure accuracy in system updates. Photocopy the DPCR and pass it to the warehouse supervisor for recording and filing purposes.

Requirements:



Minimum SPM qualification. 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or admin supportive role. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Skills:



Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word (experience in SAP system is an added advantage). Excellent verbal communication skills. Strong time management and ability to prioritize workload. Team player and able to work independently.

Language Requirements:



English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (required).

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
