Job Description

Job Purpose



To manage and coordinate inbound receiving and internal stock transfer activities to ensure timely processing, accurate inventory updates, and full traceability in support of efficient and compliant warehouse operations.

Key Responsibility



1. Verify and process inbound deliveries to ensure accurate receipt, documentation integrity, and traceability of incoming materials.

2. Coordinate and execute internal stock transfers, including system updates and documentation to ensure timely, accurate, and fully traceable material movement between warehouse zones and production areas.

3. Record, post, and reconcile ERP transactions to uphold accurate warehouse balances and strong inventory control.

4. Coordinate inspection, quarantine, and release workflows to ensure materials comply with quality and regulatory standards.

5. Organize, archive, and retrieve receiving and transfer documentation systematically to support audit readiness and regulatory compliance.

Job Criteria



Preferred Education: Diploma or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or any related field.

Further Training: ERP or warehouse management systems (WMS)

Professional Experience (required): Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in warehouse administration, inventory control, or logistics coordination.

Knowledge and Skills: -

- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, documentation flow, and traceability requirements.

- Meticulous attention to detail with high accuracy in record-keeping and data entry.

- Good organizational and coordination skills with the ability to multitask under tight timelines.

- Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional departments.

Computer Skills: MS Office, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or similar WMS/ERP)

Languages: English & Malay

Other Requirements:-

- Possess a high level of integrity, responsibility, and commitment to accuracy in documentation and system updates.

- Individuals with strong attention to detail and organizational discipline.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
