• Bachelor\'s Degree in a Logistics & Warehouse relevant field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Solid understanding of logistics and inventory management systems.
• Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• The ability to communicate in multiple dialects will be an added advantage.

Tanggungjawab

Warehouse:

• Manage Rental Warehouse Storage, Return, Re-Packing, and Repair Daily Operations.
• Maintain Receiving, Warehousing, and Distribution Operations by Initiating, Coordinating, and Enforcing Programs, Operational, and Personnel Policies and Procedures.
• Safeguard Warehouse Operations and Contents by Establishing and Monitoring Security Procedures and Protocols.
• Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts and reconciling them with the system.
• Monitor system data updates on stock in/out and ensure accuracy in return and re-packing condition status updates.
• Maintain warehouse layout, product storage, and the physical condition.
• Ensure the forklift is in good condition by conducting daily checks and scheduling maintenance and servicing as needed.
• Maintain the warehouse weighing bridge in good condition and ensure its weight accuracy.

Logistics:

• Maintain daily lorry delivery and receiving operations by monitoring the quantity received and ensuring accurate documentation.
• Ensure proper documentation and take photos after lorry loading/unloading and keep them as records.
• Manage driver, lorry maintenance, Puspakom, road tax, and the arrangement for lorry deliveries.
• Manage Sabah/Sarawak container booking, loading, and maximize container space utilization.
• Manage incoming container arrangements, container unloading, and avoid detention, over-delivery, and demurrage charges.
