• Bachelor\' Degree in Logistics & Warehouse relevant Field.
• A Minimum of 5 years\' experience in a similar role
• Solid Understanding of Logistics and Inventory Management system
• Outstanding analytical, Problem solving and organizational Abilities.
• Ability to communicate with multiple dialects will be an added advantage.

TanggungjawabWarehouse:

• Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory, gate processes, and shipping methods.
• Overseeing receiving, warehousing, rental warehousing which include Re-Packing and Repair Operation.
• Develop and implement procedures to ensure accurate inventory control and efficient warehouse layout.
• Control inventory level by conducting physical counts and reconciling with system.
• Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities.
• Implement best practices for inventory management, including cycle counting, stock rotation, and FIFO/LIFO principles.
• Ensure that vehicles, machinery and equipment is well maintained and IT for purpose.
• Ensure a clean and tidy working environment to aid operational efficiency.

Logistics:

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including drivers and vehicle arrangement, scheduling, carrier selection, and transportation logistics.
• Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders while minimizing shipping cost and transit time.
• Collaborate with transportation providers and logistics partners to optimize delivery routes and streamline freight operations.
• Ensure proper documentation and photo taken during loading and unloading process.
• Assess and make recommendations for logistics processes in potential new facilities or plants and advise of cost implications and efficiency.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and identify inefficiencies and cost optimization opportunities.
