Responsibilities: Responsible for the day-to-day effective operation management in Warehouse. To ensure all activities are performed and adhered to QMS, GMP, company rules and regulations. To ensure safety, security, and good housekeeping at the warehouse. To ensure proper labelling and segregation of goods in warehouse. To ensure accurate stock inventory. To coordinate closely with shipping department for containers arrangement. To ensure container loading is carried out properly. To ensure all DN or DO or checklist are properly recorded. To coordinate with Procurement department in returning the rejected goods if any found at quarantine area. To conduct monthly stock check for chemical, packaging materials, free stock and finished goods. To prepare monthly summary reports for stock inventory and shipment. To check and monitor pest control activities are carried out at warehouse. To check and ensure fire reel and fire extinguisher at warehouse are in good condition. To prepare reports, maintaining records and update ISO documents. To carry out any other duties and responsibilities as directed from time to time. Job Requirements:
- Minimum Degree with 5 years working experience in related field.
- Good communication in English and Malay with ability to communicate in Chinese and other dialect would be added advantage.
- Functional literacy, with the ability to write clearly and concisely.
- Good interpersonal skill, negotiation skill, self-motivate, details oriented, mature and an excellent team player with good leadership.
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills
- Be resourceful, dynamic, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently, multitask oriented, efficiently in a fast-paced environment and able to make decision when necessary.
- Kapar: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Bachelor\'s (Preferred)
