Overall in-charge and oversee activities directly related to products storage and distribution . Setting and execute policies in the workplace to ensure effective implementation and adherence among each and every employee in the warehouse so as to achieve good work efficiency and productivity. Improve the operational systems, processes and policies to better management reporting, information flow, planning and execution. Plan, develop, organize, deploy and budget the total resources to optimally operate all activities within the department while ensuring that cost control is applied. To provide on time delivery of defect free and reliable products to customer. To ensure efficient inventory movements and customer attendance. Monitor and maintain the accuracy and integrity of all inventories at warehouse. Ensure a cost effective logistic inbound and outbound flow is in place. Setting and drive achievement of departmental objectives and KPIs. Ensure all warehouse facilities, equipment and tools are properly maintained and complies with safety and environment guidelines. Determine staffing requirements, and interview, hire and train new employees and oversee employee processes. Undertake any other duties given by management from time to time. Proposing, developing, implementing new processes that/or business enhancement project that drive incremental value to organization. Monitor safety matter and issue in warehouse and company level.

Pay: RM4,400.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
