RESPONSIBILITIESTo assist the Warehouse, Senior Executive and Warehouse, Manager for the below tasks: -A) Operation

• Responsible for handling a large group of contract workers.
• Accomplishes department objectives by supervising contract workers, providing training, and monitoring the work process.
• Ensure all replenishment from Main DC is completed within 48 hours.
• Communicate with the operation team daily and ensure all orders are fulfilled.
• To investigate if there are any discrepancies occurs.
• Plan and assist in cycle count.
• Ensure all inventory is maintained accurately and provide findings if there are any errors/improvement plans.
• Perform other duties as may be assigned by the superior.
• Ensure that the warehouse environment is compliant with health and safety rules and regulations.
• To collaborate with other departments in supporting their activities that impact the company KPIs.
• To support the Management Team for any GDPMD/GDP Audit/Project.

• Cycle Count Report
• Inventory & Replenishment Tracker

REQUIREMENTS1. Minimum of 3 years\' experience in logistics/warehouse2. Possess at least SPM or Diploma in any field related to Warehouse Management3. Possess a strong communication skill, good team player initiative, passionate and pleasant personality4. Must be able to work on shift rotation5. Must be able to work on weekends6. Experience with WMS or any related Warehouse System7.
