Job Description

Warehouse Administrative Assistant plays a key role in supporting both administrative functions and warehouse operations. Responsibilities include managing documentation, processing paperwork, and assisting with day-to-day warehouse activities to ensure smooth logistics and accurate inventory control.

Key Responsibilities:



Administrative Supports:

- Handle emails, manage paperwork, maintain records, and assist with data entry.

Warehouse Operations:

- Receive, process, and verify shipments, manage inventory and prepare documents for shipping and receiving.

Inventory Management:

- Track inventory levels, reconcile stock, and assist in maintaining accurate record.

Report Generation:

- Prepare reports on inventory levels, shipments and other key warehouse metrics.

Skills and Requirements:



- Organization and Time Management: Manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

- Communication Skills: Communicate effectively with colleagues, suppliers, and customers.

- Data Entry and Accuracy: Accurately input data and maintain accurate records.

- Computer Skills: Proficiency in relevant software, including WMS and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve issues related to warehouse operations and inventory.

- A valid GDL license is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
