\xe2\x97\x8f Performing routine servicing and maintenance for entire In Flight Equipment such as carts,
Service Unit (SU), Oven, jugs etc.
\xe2\x97\x8f To inspect all the unserviceable all In Flight Equipment isolated by the department in the
designated area.
\xe2\x97\x8f Repairing and servicing all In Flight equipment for the serviceability before release for
operations use.
\xe2\x97\x8f Ability to understand and interpret design documents, manufacturer\xe2\x80\x99s specifications and
written operational procedures.
\xe2\x97\x8f Using your CMMS or paper records to log maintenance work.
\xe2\x97\x8f To decide on the In Flight equipment repair classification, normal or major maintenance.
\xe2\x97\x8f In Flight normal maintenance the repair work shall be performed immediately for
operational use.
\xe2\x97\x8f In Flight major maintenance the to be transferred to the Equipment Maintenance room for
the fully repair work.
\xe2\x97\x8f To record the maintenance checklist file on a daily basis and submit a monthly summary
report for acknowledgement.
\xe2\x97\x8f To monitor spare part stock level and tools in good condition and sufficient stockTo ensure current processes and documentation meet the Warehouse Operating
Procedures and company\xe2\x80\x99s regulation and policies
\xe2\x97\x8f To ensure and maintain the company\xe2\x80\x99s In Flight Equipment in good condition
\xe2\x97\x8f Perform any ad hoc and last minute duties and tasks assigned by immediate superior
\xe2\x97\x8f To ensure 5S is always in practice in the entire workstation and Equipment Maintenance
Room.
\xe2\x97\x8f Perform other duties & responsibilities as tasked by the Superior and Management
\xe2\x97\x8f Report any incidents which occur during operations to Superior and Management
\xe2\x97\x8f Comply with SOP and maintain good housekeeping, safety and security at the warehouseMinimum working experience:
\xe2\x97\x8f Minimum 3 years experience as a Maintenance or Technical Specialist.
\xe2\x97\x8f Minimum 1 year working experience with Warehousing operations or Airline operations
\xe2\x97\x8f Possess valid D License. GDL will be an advantage
\xe2\x97\x8f Hand on experience with manual and electrical tools with the proper use
\xe2\x97\x8f Basic knowledge of HACCP and GMP procedure
\xe2\x97\x8f Able to work on shift pattern, overnight, weekends & public holidaysEducation:
\xe2\x97\x8f Minimum possess with Diploma certificate or equivalentProfessional qualifications:
\xe2\x97\x8f Possess valid forklift certificate or license shall be an advantage
\xe2\x97\x8f Possess any maintenance certificate or license shall be an advantage
