Inventory Management- Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing shipments.- Conduct regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.- Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies as needed.- Assist in the organization and maintenance of the warehouse.2. Receiving and Shipping- Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments.- Prepare and package items for shipping.- Generate shipping labels and documentation.- Coordinate with carriers for timely and efficient deliveries.3. Data Entry- Enter data into the inventory management system accurately.- Update records to reflect inventory changes.- Prepare and maintain reports on inventory levels and transactions.4. Communication- Collaborate with other warehouse staff and departments to ensure smooth operations.- Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and carriers as necessary.5. Quality Control- Conduct quality checks on incoming and outgoing products.- Identify and report any discrepancies or issues promptly.6. Safety Compliance- Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols.- Maintain a clean and organized work environment- Report any safety hazards or concerns to the supervisor.Requirement\xc2\xb7 High school diploma or equivalent.\xc2\xb7 Proven experience in warehouse operations or a related field.\xc2\xb7 Familiarity with inventory management systems and software.\xc2\xb7 Strong attention to detail and accuracy.\xc2\xb7 Good organizational and multitasking skills.\xc2\xb7 Effective communication and teamwork abilities.\xc2\xb7 Ability to lift and move heavy objects when necessary.Sub Specialization : Administration;General Administration
