Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for efficient execution of warehouse receiving and dispatching: Process incoming materials receipt and distribution quickly according to standard procedures. Distribute materials according to work orders, package and ship goods per sales instructions, ensuring efficient and standardized material flow. Responsible for maintaining system data accuracy: Timely enter warehousing information into systems, monitor data, ensure system consistency with actual inventory, and provide accurate data for information management. Assist in inventory control: Monitor inventory dynamics, conduct regular stock checks, resolve discrepancies between records and physical inventory, optimize inventory strategies, improve turnover rate, and reduce inventory costs. Implement 6S warehouse management: Enforce 6S standards, maintain clean and organized environment, ensure clear material labeling and proper zoning, and enhance warehouse management standards. Coordinate cross-departmental work: Collaborate with procurement, planning, logistics, production, and quality departments to resolve supply chain issues and ensure smooth operational continuity. Support inventory decisions: Analyze inventory data, combine business/market conditions, provide accurate replenishment recommendations, support procurement decisions and inventory planning, and control inventory costs. Handle urgent tasks: Respond promptly to management-assigned urgent tasks (e.g., surprise audits, special orders), resolve on-site exceptions, and report promptly to ensure stable operations.

Job Requirements:

1+ years of warehouse management experience, familiar with material receiving/dispatching, inventory counting, and optimization processes (manufacturing warehouse experience preferred) Strong communication and coordination skills, capable of efficient multi-department collaboration, and problem-solving abilities Strong communication and coordination skills, as well as problem-solving abilities; basic listening and speaking skills in Mandarin are required.
