Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Goods Receiving

Receive and verify the accuracy of the incoming goods from suppliers Check the quality and quantity of the goods Collaborate with procurement to resolve any discrepancies or issues with suppliers
2. Order Fulfillment & Dispatch

Ensure accurate picking, packing, and loading of finished products based on customer orders Verify shipment details (quantity, product type, destination) against delivery orders Coordinate with production and sales team to meet delivery deadlines
3. Stock Count

Conduct regular stock count to ensure accurate inventory level Update inventory records and organize warehouse space Identify and report any stock discrepancies and assist in resolving inventory related issues
4. Inventory Management

Track incoming and outgoing shipments Monitor stock level to ensure adequate supply for production Work closely with production planner to align stock level with production schedule
5. Goods Distribution

Coordinate the distribution of goods to production based on production schedule and product request form Ensure timely and accurate issuance of materials to support ongoing production activities
6. Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of goods received, stock level and goods issued Maintain accurate batch number for all the raw material/packing material/finished products
7. Any other duties assigned by superior/management

Requirements:

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for this position Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel and Word) Good planning and time management skills Good communication skills Good team player who can work efficiently with minimal supervision Have the ability to work in a factory environment

Working hours:

Monday - Friday (8:00am-6:00pm)
