Job Description
The
Warehouse Logistics Coordinator shall be responsible for but not limited to:Inspecting goods by identifying fully loaded pallets and those containing loose cargo. Checking the HTO (Load Manifest) forms received from the customer before signing and handing them over to the driver. Reviewing the invoice upon completion of palletisation. Obtaining Collection Order (CO) from the customer's Person-In-Charge daily. Checking on rejected items after goods have been separated during palletisation. Checking pallet transfer list to ensure accuracy of number of pallets recorded before closing the list with the customer's Person-In-Charge. Notifying the customer's forklift drivers to load the assigned pallets onto the appropriate trucks. Checking for proper sealing after loading of pallets has been completed. Liaising with customer's appointed supervisor for chop/sign on gate pass after loading has been completed.
Requirements:
Reliably travel to Taman Sentosa (Klang) and Seksyen 22 (Shah Alam). Able to work in shift rotation. Able to work overtime or weekends / public holidays if required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
