Warehouse Coordinator

Job Description

Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency in receiving, storage, and distribution of materials. Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts to ensure optimal stock levels. Implement and maintain warehouse processes to improve workflow and productivity. Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and project teams to ensure timely availability of materials. Ensure all incoming and outgoing shipments are properly documented and processed. Handle discrepancies or issues related to shipping and receiving, and ensure timely resolution. Prepare reports on inventory status, warehouse performance, and any issues that require attention.

Requirements



Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in warehouse management or coordination. Strong understanding of inventory management and warehouse operations. Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse management software. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
