Job Responsibilities



Human Resource (HR) Duties:



Assist in staff attendance tracking, leave records, and overtime submission. Support payroll preparation by providing attendance and allowance data. Handle staff document filing, record updates, and maintain HR databases. Assist in recruitment activities such as posting vacancies and arranging interviews. Support HR in staff welfare, memo preparation, and simple HR reporting.

Warehouse Duties:



Receive, check, and record incoming and outgoing goods. Assist in daily warehouse movement & stock. Maintain inventory accuracy and warehouse organization. Assist in stock arrangement, labeling, and inventory record updates. Prepare IBT (Inter-Branch Transfer), DO (Delivery Order), and other warehouse documents.

Job Requirements



Minimum SPM or equivalent; Diploma in HR/Admin/Logistics is an advantage. Basic knowledge of HR and warehouse procedures. Computer literate (Excel, Word). Responsible, organized, and able to multitask. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
