Job Description
DescriptionJob scope:
- Plan and implement supply chain optimization projects (e.g. warehouse-slotting, route planning)
- Oversee inventory procedures
- Oversee SLOC management
- Top Up Spine Sets
- Maintain trackers & Follow SOP
- Perform write off for SLOC management on monthly basis
- Follow up and monitor pending GRN
- Responsible for open GRN to avoid write off during quarter/financial year end
- SPOC for issues related to warehousing and transportation
- Develop requirements and standards (e.g. packaging, procurement, delivery)
- Track KPIs for Warehouse & transportation
- Support Billing
- Support Ad Hoc work during Weekend
- Education Qualification: Diploma
- Good in Microsoft excel / good in English communication skill / knowledge in SAP system is advantage
- There will be a requirement to attend urgent requests during weekends , there will be an OT for this
- Candidate must be able to standby for emergency case support after working hours
- Prefer candidate with own transportation (bike)
- Seek for candidate with at least 2-3 years of experience in warehouse
