Kelayakan

• Minimum STPM/ Diploma in logistics and supply chain management or any equivalent field.
• 4-5 years' experience supervising warehouse operation.
• Strong leadership and able to lead a big team.
• Preferable Executive specializing in Warehouse Management or equivalent.
• Able to communicate with all levels of people, resourceful and independent.
• Familiar on reporting and problem solving.
• Team player with strong initiatives, responsibilities and able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Tanggungjawab

• Plan and monitor the overall job arrangement in warehouse to ensure they are running smoothly for project at warehouse.
• Monthly billing submission & coordinate with supplier- follow up progress and payment.
• Arrange supplier for warehouse maintenance & monitor warehouse building condition from time to time.
• Make sure the procedure and documents control at the best practise.
• To make sure the MHE always in good condition.
• Maintaining 5S & Safety Monitoring
• To monitoring overall warehouse process
• Immediate respond on the issue that raised by operation team related to documentation
• Study on subordinate workload and allocated evenly according to capability & job requirement for operation side.
• To ensure inventory accuracy by monitoring the movement/location of cargo & parts to avoid existence of 'ghost case'
