Job Description

1. Job Purpose

The Warehouse Executive ensures the smooth and efficient operation of the warehouse, overseeing the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. The role focuses on maintaining accurate inventory, enforcing safety protocols, and leading the warehouse team to achieve productivity and service-level targets.

2. Job Scope

Operations Management:

Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments and verify documentation accuracy. Liaise with procurement, transportation, and customer service teams to fulfill orders on time.

Inventory & Reporting:

Maintain real-time records of inventory transactions and shipments. Generate performance reports (e.g., order accuracy, turnaround time).

Team Supervision:

Train and oversee warehouse staff, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.

Compliance:

Ensure adherence to warehouse safety regulations and organizational policies.

3. Requirements

Minimum diploma

or equivalent; additional logistics/warehouse training preferred.

Minimum of 3 years of warehouse experience

, including

minimum of 1 year in a supervisory

role. Must have at least

1 year of experience in FMCG industry

. Valid driving license.

Proficient in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS

) and inventory software.

Skilled in operating forklifts

, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
