Job Description

1) Responsible for a team of warehouse officials to perform materials receiving, put away of incoming materials and slitting and kitting of materials/parts for issuance to work orders. 2) Plan and allocate given resources efficiently to meet internal and external customers\' needs. 3) Ensure material movements transactions are performed accurately and timely in Epicor. 4) Coach and mentor warehouse officials to perform job duties in accordance to company policy and procedures. 5) Carry out regular daily inspection of work areas and ensure good housekeeping. 6) Ensure cycle counts are performed timely per scheduled and perform reconciliation and investigation on inventory variances. 7) Ensure periodic preventive maintenance and checks are carried out with proper records on material handling equipment and pallets racks in the warehouse. 8) Implement SOPs and best practices in the warehouse. 9) Lead and implement improvement projects in the warehouse to improve productivity and quality and reduce cost. 10. Perform other responsibilities as assigned by superior or Management from time to time.
