To oversee the safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch of goods.
Oversee picking, packing and issuing activity.
To communicate with other departments, staff, suppliers and customers for smooth operation flows.
Carrying out responsibilities for the use of automated and computerized Oracle
Responding to and dealing with customer communication by email, fax and telephone.
Keeping stock control systems up to date.
Ensuring the health, safety, cleanliness and security of the work environment requirements are met and take responsibility for the security of the stock.
To achieve a level of customer service that will ensure continued growth at the required level by managing the warehouse operations efficiently and effectively.
To co-ordinate and ensure that the necessary reports both for customers as well as for management review are generated timely and accurately.
