Job Description

Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage, oversee, supervise and participate in warehouse operations \xe2\x80\xa2 Keep track of the stocks and their delivery dates (Incoming and Outgoing). \xe2\x80\xa2 Keeping stock control systems up to date on a daily basis and make sure inventories are accurate. \xe2\x80\xa2 Initiate all requests for replenishments of stock when stocks reach reorder levels. \xe2\x80\xa2 Oversee the receipt and dispersal of materials entering or leaving the warehouse on time with the right documentation. \xe2\x80\xa2 Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts and reconciling with stock records. \xe2\x80\xa2 Check documents for thoroughness and completeness. Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Good proficiency in written and spoken English. \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidate must have at least STPM/ \xe2\x80\x98A\xe2\x80\x98level qualification and general knowledge of modern warehouse and inventory practices. \xe2\x80\xa2 Independent, Matured, Positive attitude. \xe2\x80\xa2 A team player with leadership qualities and adaptable to change. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to prepare and maintain accurate records, ability to plan and supervise the work of others. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to prepare reports and maintain accurate records.
