Requirements

• Minimum education Background: Diploma in Logistics, Warehouse Management or relevant qualification
• Familiar with SAP Warehouse Management System (SAP WMS) will be an added advantage
• Minimum 2 years experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin & English with ability to effectively communicate clearly and concisely across all levels of key stakeholders.
• Bonus: Have experience working with a heavy machinery company

Responsibilities

• Perform daily operations in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Monitor inventory levels using the designated system to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain security and accountability of all goods through proper inventory control.
• Oversee shipment loading and unloading, managing day-to-day warehouse activities.
• Enforce facility security and employee safety measures to comply with government safety and environmental standards.
• Verify the accuracy of all incoming and outgoing goods.
• Ensure all warehouse and logistics documentation and reports are completed accurately and on time.
• Maintain good housekeeping and organization in the warehouse area.
• Carry out any other related tasks as assigned by the Manager
