Job description Ensure raw material, consumable and store items are within 90days. PO issuance for raw material, consumable, store and consignment item base on usage. Conduct daily ISR audit (Min 15 items/day)- Ensure all item under control. Ensure all Material incoming complete with barcode before arranging to designate area. Ensure all material, consumable and store item arranged as per indication. Ensure ISR received from production scan out and ensure end user sign the ISR before release the goods to production. Monitor and prepare the incoming report on daily basis and arrange the delivery as per schedule. Ensure all production member collect the ISR and direct purchase items within the plan time period. Check and monitor all receiving goods. All item must have purchase order\'s based on plan budget. Ensure 7s, Safety of warehouse under control. Job Requirement Bachelor\'s in engineering or other relevant field Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational and time management skills
