Job Responsibilities

• Organize and monitor employees\' performance:
• to ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks
• to ensure productivity at all time
• to coach and provide constructive feedback
• Train, guide and evaluate new warehouse workers.
• Warehouse Operation
• Prepare and submit performance reports
• Track inventory levels
• Monitor inbound & outbound
• To generate and assign picking list to picker
• Ensure that facility equipment is properly maintained.
• Maintains storage area by organizing floor space
• Maintains accurate inventory by conducting cycle counts; reconciling variances for approvals
• Ensure shipments\xe2\x80\x99 and inventory transactions\xe2\x80\x99 accuracy
• Interface with internal customers to answer questions or solve problems
• Communicate and coordinate activities with other departments

Job Requirement

• Candidates must possess at least Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma/ Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in relevant field.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Must fluent with Warehouse Management System (WMS) & forklift operation
• Good communication skills and good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin will be an added advantage.
• Able to work at a fast pace.
• Strong organization skills and able to work in a team

Job Type: Full-time Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month Benefits:

• Maternity leave

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Shah Alam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
