Job Description

• Candidate must possess at least primary/Secondary School/SPM/ "O" Level, Higher Secondary / STPM / "A" Level / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in any field.
• Computer literate (Microsoft Excel, Word)
• Proficient in Mandarin (Main), English & Bahasa Malaysia.
• Possess good working attitude & effective communication skills.
• Applicants must be willing to work in SRI PETALING.
• At least 1 years of experience in related fields.
• Full-Time position available.
• Willing to work on Saturday.
• With experience in MLM Company and knowledge of warehousing & logistic operation will be an added advantage.

• Ensure the achievement of KPI relating to warehouse operation, including shipping deadlines.
• To optimize the resource planning and to resolve daily operation matters to ensure smooth and efficient flow.
• To ensure system and physical inventory accuracy.
• Maintain proper record of stock movement.
• Ensure proper documentations in place for traceability of product flows within the warehouse activities.
• Conduct stock count of on monthly basis.
• Initiate and ensure consistent audit, and regulatory compliances programme.
• Drive operational excellence for transactions that involved end to end logistics processes from receiving, sorting, outbound and return.
• Prepare daily local, outstation & overseas delivery schedule.
• Execute and control overall warehouse and distribution activities.
• Implementing FIFO practice and ensure procedure are being followed.
• Implement proper warehousing system and procedure.
• Contribute routine physical stock check and accuracy of product.
• Monitor the warehouse utilization and capacity.
• Ensure that work instruction, SOP and quality control plan are being follow.
• Required to follow and support to any instruction or company regulation from time to time.
