Job Description

• This position requires to read & write Mandarin and also proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Good in Computer Skills and well versed in Microsoft Excel.
• Candidate must possess SPM/Diploma/Degree in the relevant field.
• Able to speak & write in Malay & English.
• Must able to speak & write in Mandarin & Cantonese due to the Company supplier/customer majority communicate in mandarin speaking.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and inventory management.
• Positive working attitudes, teamwork spirit, self-discipline and strong planning skills.
• Possess own transport

Responsibilities

• Responsible to support day to day task assigned by superior.
• Keep adequate records of daily warehouse expenses and claims.
• To conduct inventory count and assist to verify stock discrepancies.
• Update the WMS & ERP System with accurate stock information.
• Monitor and organize work for repacking goods.
• To maintain proper housekeeping and goods rearrangement in store/warehouse area.
• Conduct and attend on weekly stock count.
• Maintain records and documentations concerning inventory and shipments.
• Orders packaging materials and warehouse store supplies as required.
