Job Description

Supervise and lead a team of warehouse staff by providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure a productive and cohesive working environment. Oversee the picking, inspection, storage, and shipment of goods, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all warehouse processes. Coordinate and prioritize daily work activities, including order picking, packing, and shipping, to meet customer requirements and delivery deadlines. Communicate effectively with transporters to ensure timely and accurate delivery. Resolve any shipment issues promptly and efficiently in collaboration with transport partners. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Minimum

1 year of experience

in a warehouse team leader role or transport management. Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement. Proficient in using computer systems and Microsoft Office applications. Forklift certification, or the ability to obtain certification, is an advantage. Fluency in Mandarin and English (speaking, reading, and writing) is required, to ensure effective communication with internal teams and external partners.
