Reduce holding costs while ensuring seamless logistics operations and precise inventory data integrity. Team Leadership & Capability Development: Guide the team towards achieving business objectives, designing training programs to elevate team competencies. Foster a positive work environment to boost overall productivity and efficiency. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Issue Resolution: Collaborate with other departments to ensure information transparency and operational synergy. Develop and implement corrective actions to address warehousing challenges, driving continuous process enhancements. Innovation & Competitive Enhancement: Propose innovative solutions aligned with business needs to adapt to evolving operational demands. Enhance warehousing efficiency, service quality, and competitive positioning, ensuring standardized and orderly warehouse operations.

Requirements:

Minimum

1 year of experience

in a warehouse team leader role or transport management. Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement. Proficient in using computer systems and Microsoft Office applications. Forklift certification, or the ability to obtain certification, is an advantage. Fluency in Mandarin and English (speaking, reading, and writing) is required, to ensure effective communication with internal teams and external partners.
