Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Manufacturing Management, or a related field.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing/warehouse management (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
Competence in inventory management and reporting.
Demonstrated leadership and team management experience in an operational environment.
Strong attention to detail, multitasking, and prioritization skills in fast-paced environments.
Adaptable, with excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
Job Duties & Responsibilities :
Manage daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate receiving, storage, and delivery of products to internal/external customers.
Ensure completeness and accuracy of all warehouse updates and transaction processing.
Monitor and manage rejections, return packaging, and discrepancies.
Participate in and support monthly stock count activities.
Track supplier deliveries, rejections, return status, and outstanding issues.
Raise Quality Alert - Claim Formsfor any supplier-related defects.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth processes and timely flow of goods.
Enforce proper housekeeping, compliance with company standards, and adherence to safety, environmental, and health regulations.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse activities.
Monitor staff discipline, supervise team performance, and handle administrative tasks.
Carry out any other duties as assigned by superiors.
