Responsibility
Plan, manage, and monitor the overall warehouse operations including receiving, storage, issuing, and inventory.

Ensure the warehouse layout is organized, safe, and according to company standards.
Monitor stock levels and ensure stock records are always accurate and updated in the system.
Check, verify, and approve stock in/out according to procedures.
Manage the maintenance of warehouse equipment such as forklifts, racks, pallets, and safety tools.
Plan and coordinate the delivery schedule of goods to branches, customers, or company events.
Manage and monitor logistics costs to ensure efficiency and cost savings.
Handle relationships with external logistics vendors if involving outsourced transport.
Build, update, and ensure all warehouse & logistics SOPs are followed.
Conduct periodic stock counts (monthly / quarterly stock check / annual stock take).
Prepare inventory reports, stock movement reports, delivery reports, and logistics cost reports.
