Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in logistics, transportation, or coordination roles.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate across teams.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of delivery route planning and documentation processes is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Arrange and plan daily delivery routes to ensure timely and cost-effective operations.
• Prepare and issue accurate route listings for drivers.
• Compile and maintain delivery listings, ensuring correctness of order details and destinations.
• Check and verify all delivery documents returned from drivers (delivery orders, invoices, proof of delivery, etc.).
• Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure orders are prepared and ready for dispatch.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, routes, and supporting documentation.
• Liaise with drivers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve operational issues.
