Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly organized and meticulous Warehouse & Logistics Assistant to be the backbone of our order fulfillment process. This role is ideal for a proactive, dependable individual who thrives in an efficient, air-conditioned office environment and ensures our customer orders are handled with speed and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Fulfillment:

Accurately pick and pack goods according to order specifications, ensuring all items are protected for safe transit.

Inventory Management:

Perform regular physical counts and updates to maintain

accurate inventory records

and optimize stock placement within the storage area.

Logistics & Delivery:

Manage and execute local delivery runs as required, ensuring timely and safe handover of packages to customers or courier services.

Administrative and Reporting Support:

Assist the Operations Manager with data entry, filing, scheduling courier pickups, and preparing basic daily/weekly reports on inventory levels and delivery status.

Process Improvement:

Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace, suggesting improvements to current packing and logistics workflows.

Requirements:

Prior experience in a warehouse, logistics, or inventory management role is preferred. Must be physically fit and able to handle packing duties and manage boxes. A valid driver's license (e.g., D or B2) with a clean driving record is essential for conducting local deliveries. Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills are required to manage multiple orders and administrative tasks simultaneously. Basic computer literacy (e.g., Google Sheets/Excel, inventory software) is an advantage for tracking stock and performing administrative duties. Must be able to communicate effectively with the operations and admin teams.
